Oops! Forgot to take a picture before I took a bite! Who can resist a warm sopapilla? This one was so cinnamon-sugary, honey coated delicious. 
One of us, who shall remain anonymous, actually has a husband who can and will wrap presents purchased for her friends! And no, it's not me. I have a daughter who wraps any presents I receive and I like to wrap presents (Mine is the cute polka dot paper-birthday girl's fave color is blue). Boy, what a blessed friend you have, to have such a great husband that he'll wrap presents for her. I guess I was so busy stuffing my face with chips and salsa that I didn't even notice you taking those pics. Good food and good company, can't get any better than that, unless you are the fortunate one to have such a great husband, Oh, but I think I already said that once. SORRY!!
