The finale of Top Chef aired tonight. I love that show. Don't know how in the world people come up with the dishes they create. My fave won - don't read further if you don't want to know -
Stephanie was consistently good and deserved the win. No way could I ever win that show. I am strictly a "by the recipe" kind of gal. Oh, I'll change stuff here and there, but could never throw something together like top chefs do. Amazing. What's your favorite food? I love to bake. I have a great recipe for raspberry tart that Ashlee loves. Yum!

I can only dream of being able to make anything that tastes fabulous. The only things that turn out okay are my desserts - and I, too am by the recipe. My sister can just whip something up from whatever she has in her fridge. Grrrr.

And I do love to bake, I was once known for my cheesecake that I haven't made in YEARS! I make a pretty good pizza from scratch but it's out of a book, I just have it memorized now:o) I don't bake much now because I will eat it....

Well sadly I don't do that much cooking... but I hear my enchiladas are pretty good :) Eric does more of the baking here at home!
