My grandnephew (yes, grand, greatnephew just isn't as descriptive. Caleb is GRAND!) came over to visit Friday night. I couldn't resist putting on the Santa beard and hat.
Cutest little Santa ever!
Don't you just love Old Navy? Saw this onesie and the green thermal pants. I mean, c'mon, you have to have them. (Katie, they are in your diaper bag.) Don't you think they are so funny? Caleb looks like a little old man with his pants hiked up. Very cute.
Love little baby feet with red socks. Festive!
Flex those muscles, dude!
Getting ready to smile. Oh my goodness. Crazy cute.
Couldn't quite catch the complete, so adorable it curls your toes, smile, but this is close. You like his "King of Cool" outfit? It says "King of Cool" below the cute little polar bear. Also Old Navy. Fun clothes, great price. Oh, and Caleb is definitely the king of cool.
Hanging out with Aunt Pam. Looking so much like my dad, it's freaking her out, man!
Big baby eyes. Probably thinking he has a rockin' awesome Aunt Pam
Or maybe he was thinking his cousin Ashlee was super great. I shared baby sitting duties with Ashlee. One of these days. . .
The lips, oh those perfect little lips!
Mmmm. Baby face.
Caleb was such a good baby. Came over around 5:00PM, played, had a diaper change, slept while I held him, slept while Ashlee held him, ate, diaper change, slept and woke up. Left around 9:30PM. We were disappointed when we heard the knock on the door. Rats! Josh and Katie had already eaten and gone to the movies. They were ready to take Caleb home. Oh well. There will be other times. Thanks for trusting us with your precious baby, Katie and Josh. I have to say we did an excellent job and we had a blast.

Oh, he is just too cute! I can't believe you didn't lock the doors after Josh and Katie left and keep him all to yourself! Love the pic with the pants hiked up - my mom used to do that to Sadie and then I would pull them back down to where they were supposed to be. Caleb actually looks like he has a Santa belly with those pants on!
OH MY GOODNESS! Those pictures are ADORABLE!! I haven't even looked in my diaper bag yet--now I will!! I love it!! Little Santa!!! You guys are the best babysitters!!
He was so much fun last night! I love him in the Santa outfit.
Yep! It will be just as I expect, dressing the dogs, dressing the great nephew, wearing the poor little guy out with all those wardrobe changes. Your own grandchildren will go blind from the flash in their eyes. But I must admit, my nickname was "Lightening" when we had our first two grandchildren, they could hardly see my face for the camera. However, he is a cute little guy and apparently good natured so I would have been doing the same thing. Glad you had a good time with him even though you did have to share with your own daughter.
oh the days of pulling the kids out of your arms...i know how much you hate to hear the car pull up, the walk up to the door and the bell announcing the arrival of mom and dad! glad you got to watch him and he is super cute!!! no surprise you bought clothes to put on him and take pictures...kinda your m.o. (modus operandi...that's latin, darling), you know?
Oh he is such a precious little baby. Love the little socks. So tiny... By the way the baby looks really good on Ashlee:) (hint hint)
That Santa Baby is so cute. I love the outfits.
