Fandango Friday Flick - Movie Critic Time

I checked on Fandango to see when this movie was going to be playing at the movie house in Owasso and guess what? It's a Fandango Friday Flick. First showing is at 2:00pm, just enough time to beat the teenagers. This movie is rated PG-13 and is 100 minutes long.

So, the theater was actually pretty crowded. Where are all these old people coming from? Wait a minute, if they are all old, that means that I'm probably...nah. Fun movie. Nothing new about the plot, but entertaining. I really don't care for Jennifer Garner and I still don't, but she was a good in this movie. Matthew M. plays a photographer and is definitely a player in this movie, so there's a lot of innuendo and sexual situations, but no nudity (underwear clad girls), a few curse words. Michael Douglas is very fun in this movie. He actually upstages everyone with the few minutes he's on screen. Good actor. Breckin Meyer plays Matthew M.'s brother and is getting married. Lacey Chabert is his high strung fiance and she is very good in her role. Definitely not one for the kiddos, but very funny for a chick flick - probably 16 years old and up. Most husbands will not like this movie. Go with the girls and enjoy or wait to rent and have the girls over for a movie night. That's my Friday movie review. Have a good weekend everyone.
