Are you okay?

Telephone rings.
"Hello?"
"Are you okay?" says concerned friend.
"I'm fine. Why?" I say.
"Well, you haven't updated your blog in a while and if I don't talk to you, that's how I catch up with you and I was just checking to make sure you were all right."
"Well, I really like that photo of Tyler and I've been super busy so I haven't really had a chance to update lately."
It's nice to know my friends care about me.
But to avoid any undue worry from any one else, here's an update:

It's getting really cold at Friendship Baptist-Owasso, OK. Check it out:Brrrr! Yep, it's VBS time at our church and there's a cold front blowin' through from June 22nd to June 26th, in fact, it's Polar Extremes.

See, here I am, working on VBS stuff. I'm okay. Really! That's my filthy computer desk behind me and yes, that's a chef kitchen timer. I was making a cake last night and was afraid I wouldn't hear the oven timer while I was upstairs. Can't wait for next week. I will be teaching the children who completed kindergarten in May. My assistant will be my charming daughter. How cool is that? We are going to have a great time. Don't be jealous, seriously, don't be hating on us! Will update with super cute kid photos next week.

Glad you're back. I wondered what class you teach, I may bring Caitin home with me so she can be in your VBS class so she'll learn to love Miss Pam as much as Madi does.

Hope you have a great week I know your kids will.

You're back! I have to admit, I was wondering, too, but I knew you were doing VBS stuff so I figured that was it. Hopefully some great-nephew time tonight will be fun, too! :)

Brice will have to wait too till next year for his Ms. Pam! Room looks good and all your hard work will be so worth.
Since we saw you at Reasors now Brice wants to know where you live. I guess since he knows what your car looks like he thinks he needs to see your home. Just wave if you see us drive by! LOL

Thank goodness my sunburn will (hopefully) be healed before next week.

Remember that time during Christmas when that cat jumped on my back? He scared me to death. I would rather relive that moment one hundred times than experience The Burn again. Boo.
