If loving shoes is wrong...

I don't want to be right! So, I decided to clean out the closet because I have bought/received several pairs of shoes for my birthday and my "buy a pair, get rid of a pair" motto has been ignored long enough. Time to get tough. This is what remains of the shoe collection:

Summer shoes and/or brightly colored heels. I love the black and white canvas over the door shoe holder.

Most of my brown and black heels (the two containers above the shoes contain linens and my 25+ years old sewing machine).

Tower of red shoes. Love it. Can you really have too many red shoes? I think not.

Of course, this does not include any boots or assorted winter shoes neatly lined up on the closet floor. No more room left in the closet. They have to rest on the floor. Maybe the best thing would be to have an entire closet just for me, but Steve insists on using the closet also. Oh, well. It would be nice to have a closet reserved for shoes only. Shelves and shelves of pumps and peek toes, sandals and boots, oh my! Who says I don't dream big?
