Halloween Costume Antics

Ahoy, there mateys! Feast your eyes on the fiercest canine pirate to sail the seven seas: Lest you think Yellowbeard, aka Preston, is easy to photograph here are a few outtakes:
Here's Jason - where's the pirate dog?
Oh sure, Jason and Ashlee look great. Yellowbeard, however, is doing the eye blinking thing.
Blinking and being all wild-eyed crazy, Preston, not Jason. Jase always looks cute.
Looks like Yellowbeard "yo ho hoed" with one bottle of rum too many. :) Let the professionals show you how to pose. One frame for each of them is all it took.
Minnie the Mighty
Opie the Awesome
Tinkerbell and Peter Pan
One really aggravated Tinkerbell.
Letting me know how they really feel about wearing costumes:
Post-costume resentment:
If you think the dogs tolerate the costumes without an incentive, think again. They all received their pirate treasure. Milk bones and Halloween toys to chew to bits. Preston removed a foot from his toy before they left the house.

Happy Halloween Everybody! Post those costume photos. Hope you enjoy your treating as much as I do!

Ha ha, I love the 'annoyed with costumes' pictures! You can just read it on their faces that they've had enough...so funny!

As I said in the past but will say again, "I am already praying for your unborn grandchildren". Poor little things will be blind from light exposure. My family called me "lightening" when the kids were around because I was always flashing a camera in their precious little unsuspecting faces but when you have grandchildren it will be the ultimate storm.

Kidding aside, I love your pics. Especially like the rummy Preston shot.

I'm glad you added the Pirates of the Caribbean song. LOL to the drunken Yellowbeard. Minnie has the spunk to be a good Tinkerbell, and Opie makes one good looking Peter Pan.

You are so funny! I love how you dress your dogs up for everything. They have got to have the best temperments EVER - even your granddog!! You make me laugh!

My dogs are actually very high strung - they just know not to mess with me.
Preston, on the other hand, wants to be everybody's BFF. Will do almost anything to be your friend. He's definitely more personable than my dogs, but I wouldn't trade my old grumps for anything (I'm talking about the dogs, not Steve! Ha!)

That is so cute. I love the pic of Minnie and Opie sticking their tongues out!
