Steinmart had their 12 hour sale Saturday and well, the boots just begged me to purchase them. Really. I could hear them calling as soon as I walked into the store. They were loud. I had to put them in my shopping bag to quiet them down! When I spotted the orange purse and realized it was 50% off the SALE price, plus it was a perfect fall color, it somehow managed to hop into my shopping bag and snuggled up to the bronze boots. I had to buy the purse to keep the boots happy.
My sister had snagged a couple of free tickets to the Holiday Mart Sunday afternoon at Union High School, so she invited me to go with her. I didn't think I would buy anything, but I ended up buying a couple of gifts for other people, some dip mixes for the holidays, a baby gift, and a couple of things for me, including the turquoise purse. At least the bag was on sale.. . 
This is my new bedding. I'm normally not a "blue" girl, but I do love this particular blue/brown combination. It's not turquoise or robin's egg blue, just a soft French blue. Thanks for the bedding, Mom! I love the pom-pom fringe on the throw. It adds a little whimsy, don't you think?

I love the purses, and orange and blue are as good as it gets when it comes to color.
