Election night fashion - didn't vote for him, but Obama looks the part with his snazzy navy suit and red tie. Their daughters also look very cute. Michelle, girl, that wasn't the best choice in dresses. Don't get me wrong, I love me some red and black, but this looks like a leftover Halloween costume (Queen of the Damned, maybe?). Perhaps without the cardigan. I don't know, I just don't like it. I do applaud her choice of a dress over the typical suit. What do you guys think?
Now before anyone accuses me of being petty and mean-spirited, here's a photo of Michelle Obama looking very pretty in a gorgeous dress (lose the wrist corsage). It will be interesting to watch her fashion choices while her husband is in office.
I love this outfit - it's a good day choice, but I like her hair pulled up. She looks younger and more sophisticated with her hair away from her face. The button/pin placement is also a little distracting - someone should have helped her pin it a little higher or pin another one on the other side!
Tired of the pearl necklace, but she looks good in this purple dress. Love the belt. Like her hair without the flip much better.
Now, on to my favorite fashionista. Finally, it's cool enough and her shoulder has quit oozing, so Minnie can now wear her soft coat. She makes fleece look hot!
Animal prints are always in style. It's always good to add a splash of color to your wardrobe. Minnie has gone with the sky blue leg wrap. She looks fierce!
Minnie can wear this because it doesn't have any leg holes - it just has velcro snaps on the tummy and neck. Now you can't even tell she's bald and has stitches. Well, her stitches do make her look edgy and she makes bald look very chic!

I agree with you about Michelle Obama's dress from Tuesday night. When she walked out on stage, I turned to Nate and said, "What the heck is she wearing?" We couldn't figure out if it was all one piece or multiple pieces, or what. Whatever it was, it was a mess. Didn't like it at all. I do like the second picture of her. She's a very pretty lady. Maybe she'll have a Whitehouse wardrobe consultant, and we won't see many more fashion fauxpauxs from her again. :)
I am loving the fashion commentary. Since we don't like what they say, let's at least like their cool look!!
I didn't vote for them, I mean him either. And I'm rolling on the floor at your take of all of her fashion choices. Not being a fashionista myself, I didn't even notice she had the pearl necklace on twice. I do have to agree that her dress choice on election night was not the best. And I also love how you didn't like one look completely. I think you should be her fashion manager. Sounds like you would do a great job - and looks like it too - anydog that can make fleece look that good sure has a wonderful fashion manager.
I bet Minnie feels a little more normal with some covering on now!
