Mercy,

it's Clive Owen in The International.I went to opening day of The International. It is a very good movie, even though it only received two and a half stars from the Tulsa World's reviewer. It's rated "R" because it is pretty violent, but no nudity (unless you count a partially covered dead man in a hospital morgue). Some language, but not too bad.
It is a suspenseful, action packed movie, but be aware that parts of the movie are slow moving, and you have to listen and watch carefully so you can follow the plot.
Beautiful cinematography. It's probably hard to have ugly shots of Italy, New York or Clive Owen. Worth the $5.00 admission price. I love a matinee. Makes splurging on the snacks easier.
It helps to have a delicious brunch of popcorn, a box of Hot Tamales (yay for Owasso's theater-they sell Hot Tamales) and a Diet Coke to keep you "carbed" up and ready for action.
The 11:05am showing in Owasso was jam packed with at least six or seven people. It's the best time to see a movie. If you're under the age of 50, you will be the youngest in the theater. Always a bonus!
This really isn't a good Valentine's Date movie. Too violent and definitely not sappy enough for a romantic night out, but a good bet for a movie night and it's probably too sophisticated for the teen crowd, so you have a fighting chance of hearing the movie and not the crowd.

I did see a new preview that has potential for being a good movie. The Taking of Pelham 123. Two of my favorite actors, John Travolta and Denzel Washington are the stars. It is a remake of a 1974 movie. Also, I am tired of seeing The Watchmen previews. Seems like I've been seeing commercials for this raggedy, nerdfest of a movie for over a year.

Completely different subject (and back by popular demand, "Lil Mama")

Whatchu know 'bout me? Well, I always wear lipstick or lip balm/gloss. If you read Casey's blog, you know about the cute little bag she ordered for her Epi-pen. Well, since Tiffany has been Ashlee's best friend since junior high, I thought I'd better order something also. I needed a small little bag for my lipsticks - yes plural. You never know what color you're going to need and throw in a couple of lip balms and, well, you get the idea. I really needed a bag.

Sent cutie-girl an email and told her what colors or prints I wanted and TahDah! They were ready super fast and the craftsmanship is excellent.

So if you need a gift for someone, especially yourself, check out her blog for ideas. It is:

Or you can email her at:

I knew I wanted a zebra pattern for one set (hope Ashlee likes them, part of her Valentine's Day gift - go Claremore Zebras!) and one black and white print with red accents - that would be for me. The zebra is a lightweight faux fur lined in red with a decorative red flower button on the front of each bag and a little red fabric rose on the back. The smaller black and white print bag is lined in red and the other bag is lined in the black and white fabric. They are fabulous.
If you order, be sure to tell Tiff that I referred you - I will get 20% off my next purchase. Oh, she also donates $1 from every bag purchased to St. Jude's Childrens Hospital. So, treat yourself, help a charity, help a sweet girl earn some extra cash. It's all good. Thanks Tiff!

I love my AnyTiff bags, they are so cute. Your use of the word Tah-Dah took me back to a memory from the 8th grade with Tiff...I'll have to do a whole post on it. I, too, am sick of The Watchmen preview. I love that you said "nerd fest" on your blog, hehe.

What happened to your lipgloss song? T & I cracked up when we heard it. You have just about the widest variety of music...no...you DO have THE widest variety of music EVER on your blog!

Well, when you're talking about Clive Owen, "Mercy" is just so appropriate.

I, too, would like to see the Lil Mama song return to your blog. Duffy is fun; she's on my iPod. But, it doesn't get much more fly than Lil Mama.

P.S. I love the new Opie and Minnie sidebar pictures.

Darn it, I have got to start checking to make sure I am signed in and Jason is signed out. The comment above was from me. I don't think Jason would use the word "fly." Hehe.
