It's as close to a miracle drug that you can find. Helps the aching, stuffy nose symptoms and it has non-drowsy for day and the night time pill helps you sleep. I was able to sleep for a few hours, woke up and actually felt a ton better. Maybe I just bounce back fast or it was a less than 24 hour virus, but hooray for modern medicine.
